one more thing...i forgot to mention which has so far made this grueling week happy happy. last night, buford and i attended "five star french" cooking class at the cooks warehouse - - taught by our FAV chef, virginia willis. i learn about five new things (minimum!) in all of her classes. she's so smart, full of energy and downright inspiring. she just penned her first cookbook (of course i bought one) and she signed it! she even gave me a hug! buford and i have attended all of her classes, so she recognizes us. ahhhh...i've been reading it page by page. check out more on her if you get a second!

ps. we made garlic custards with parsley sauce, spicy chocolate soup w/caramel creme, marsala veal tenderloin w/mushrooms & potato cake (it was kind of like potatoes au gratin, but much better!!) she is a chef goddess!
